TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: SLUMBER OF REASON
1) General Light Plot
2) Cyclorama or projection screen
3) Video projector
4) CD player and sound system
5) Two wireless mini microphones with body pack and receiver (for singers)
depending on size of theater
6) Marley Dance Floor or smooth wooden floor
7) Capability of hanging a screen (we will bring our
own) if cyc is NOT available (upstage center)
8) Wing space on both stage right and left for
costume changes and prop storage. We will
need long tables on both sides with lights for
quick costume changes
PERSONNEL NEEDS
Our company lighting designer and tech director can run the light board and call the show. In addition to our tech director, we need 2 people, one to run sound and one for the dvd projector.

INCLUDES
- One or two evening performance(s) with tech and dress rehearsal
- Two community outreach activities choosing from: master classes, lec/dem by the ensemble, panel/research
presentation and/or post performance Q & A session.
ALL airfare, ground transportation, accommodations, per diem and production/publicity will be covered by the presenter. Airfare will be for 5 performers and 1 tech director, traveling from Rochester, NY (1); Los Angeles, CA (2); Nashville, TN (1) and Tucson, AZ (2).
